We are a diversified enterprise engaged in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and distribution of a wide range of food and agricultural products for both human and animal consumption. Our offerings include extruded foods, cereals, textured soya products, frozen and processed foods, dairy products such as milk, butter, cheese, and ice creams, as well as health, baby, and diet-specific nutrition products.

We specialize in producing and trading value-added food items like jams, jellies, pickles, sauces, spices, instant foods, and beverages, along with handling fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, and horticultural products. Our infrastructure includes dairy farms, food processing units, cold storage facilities, research labs, and packaging and bottling plants.

In addition to our food business, we provide engineering consultancy and execution services in the power and energy sector, including the development of distribution networks and trading platforms.

We also operate technology-driven platforms that enable vehicle rental services and facilitate e-commerce transactions between businesses and consumers, offering digital solutions, marketplace services, and promotional support.

CS Saloni Mehra, a young and dynamic professional with highly efficient management skills. She is a qualified Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Post Graduate Commerce (M.Com) from GNDU Regional University and a Graduate in Commerce (B.Com.) from GNDU University. She got registration in Independent Director Databank under Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) having registration no. IDDB-PA-202210- 044582. She have qualified the exam of Independent Director. She have more than 1.5 years of experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Securities Law, SEBI Compliances, Financial Management, Accounts and Taxation etc. in a Listed Companies, Public and Private Companies. I strive for a progressive, professional and a challenging work ecosystem comprising a blend of legal, compliance & secretarial profile, which will enable me to do justice to my potential as well as to the development of the organization.

2 : ANKIT MEHRA

Mr. Ankit Mehra was born and brought up in Delhi. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computers and a Masters in Systems and IT. Ankit has earned renowned certifications in the field of Project & Program Management from PMI (PMP and Prince2). He possesses a rich 14 years of Techno-commercial experience in field of Information Technology for various challenging domains such as Healthcare, Telecom, IT-Consulting IT-Integration, KPOs and BPOs. As far as working experience is concerned, he has been associated with Computer Science Corporation, as a Program Manager handling the mission-critical projects and programs for Zurich Financial Services, North America. Prior to CSC, he has been associated with a Big Telecom giant from UK, British Telecom, serving the North-America region for Proctor & Gamble He holds a major experience in the field of Business-to-Business (B2B), and has played a key role for the major Onshore- Offshore Transitions for Tech Mahindra, British Telecom an Lloyds Banking Group (UK), As a person he keeps an eye for details, has a positive approach, highly energetic and passionate professional.

Being "tech-curious" at heart, among other business priorities, Ankit leads the technology evolution practices in the company.

Currently pursuing a course of PG Certification in Financial Technologies from IIMNagpur.
